Returns/Refunds Information
Before sending anything to ProEnclosures, please review our return policy and then click below to fill out and submit the warranty form.
All ProEnclosures products are warrantied to the original purchaser. Proof of purchase required for all Warranty claims. Items must be returned within 30 days from warranty form submission (contact us if an extension is needed).
Customer is responsible for shipping item back to ProEnclosures and is responsible for tracking information. Please keep until a ProEnclosures team member has contacted you.
ProEnclosures, strives to do everything we can to exceed your material handling cab enclosures needs. We understand better than anyone the difficulty in finding the right parts for your equipment. That’s why we offer a no worries return for any ProEnclosures product within 30 days of the original purchase.
If you have an item you believe to be defective or damaged during shipment, please contact our customer service department at 859-353-4805.
To ensure a smooth return process, please make sure you comply with the following:
- All products must have a return number
Note: Obtaining a return number does not guarantee a replacement or refund
- Item(s) need to be returned within 30 days of purchase date to be eligible for refund
- Item(s) need to be in new, unused condition and in the original packaging to be eligible for refund
Note: If you are unable to ship in original packaging, have made modifications to
The item, and/or are missing components, there is the possibility of a 25% minimum restocking fee
- Customers are responsible for shipping cost on returned items unless an exception is approved by ProEnclosures Customer Service prior to the return
- Original shipping costs are not refundable
Certain conditions and exceptions may be applied to our return policy. For example, should we
make a mistake or ship the wrong item, that is on us, no additional fees shall apply. If you’re

OUR RETURN POLICY
Refunds
Refunds are generally issued within 3 business days of ProEnclosures receiving the product. Your bank may require additional processing time to reflect the refund in your account. Refunds will be applied to the original payment method that was used and if original payment method is no longer current, a check will be mailed to the original purchaser. Our customer service team is
